Arabella Ashfield

My background is in elite sport. For 10 years I supported elite athletes with their personal and professional development whilst pursuing their sporting careers and over the last two years I have supported sports leaders with culture and well-being development. I continue to support practitioners in my former role through converting psychology research into applied practice and my research background is in positive psychology. Alongside this I have my own business as an executive coach supporting women through the motherhood journey primarily in the return-to-work phase.

I have a son who started reception in September 2023 and I joined the governing body in November 2023 as a co-opted governor. I look forward to being able to support the school and staff with my developmental approach and coaching skillset.
