School meals

School meals are available each lunchtime and pupils can choose whether to order a meal or bring a packed lunch. 

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals. For children in Years 3-6 school meals are priced at £2.50 per day.

School meals are ordered through the SwiftKitchen website / app - if you require a login code for your child, please contact the school office (office@stf.newlaithes.co.uk).  Please order all meals by the end of Sunday for the following week.

The dinner menu follows a 3 week cycle, with pasta and jacket potatoes being available on all days. The full menu can be viewed here. There will be a new spring menu after the Easter break, which can be viewed here. 

If your child has any food allergies or specific dietary requirements, we strongly recommend ordering from the allergen-free menu to help ensure that all meals provided are safe and suitable for them. A copy of the allergen-free menu can be viewed here.

Should you wish for your child to receive meals from this menu, please contact the school office at your earliest convenience. The office team will then update your child’s Swift Kitchen account accordingly to ensure the correct meals are prepared and provided each day.

Please be aware that school follows a NO NUT policy - all packed lunches should be nut free.
