Eesha Ashiq

I have been working in education for 10 years in Leeds based schools. I studied Early Childhood Studies at Leeds Trinity University and have been working in Early Years settings ever since. I am passionate about ensuring every child receives a strong start to their education and working with families to remove barriers to learning. I am currently the Early Years Leader at Roundhay School and love what I do to this day. I believe that Early Years is where the magic begins and I am passionate in ensuring that every adult working with children has the skills needed to put down strong foundational roots for later success. I am excited to have joined the Governing Body at Horsforth Newlaithes this year and I look forward to being a part of this community. Thank you for having me!
